I don't even know what's going in anymore....
I can't feel my anxiety anymore and I had dp for over 2 years
I get constant muscle twitches all day and I'm starting to think it's not from anxiety,
Does anyone feel the same.

I have this exact symptom, all over my body in seemingly random muscles. Not anxiety related for me whatsoever. It's been happening for nearly two years now. Also dry eyes and blurred vision, severe visual snow, severe multilayered tinnitus (different pitches at the same time), DP/DR, and many more. Doctors, of course, fail to help me in any way. Every time, it's just something useless such as blood tests, which have been done 50 times already and always come back normal. It looks like they have no idea what I'm talking about and go into panic mode and just offer some non-treatment to get rid of me ASAP.

When they check your blood, do they check everything they can look for?
Did they check your B6 levels? May be too high..
