I came across a Website that’s called Stuffthatworks.health and it categorizes which treatments have worked the best for different mental health issues. The survey for DP/DR is about 40 questions long, so it is very thorough. 238 more surveys need to be filled out in order for the results to be posted. Please find the link below.
