I've been under a great deal of stress lately.
People close to me are going through hard times,this in turn has caused me to worry which has increased my dp.

Today I noticed that I have stopped asking why.Why do I feel more dp'd,why do I feel more anxious?
I used to try to figure it all out,try and join the dots.
I feel like I've surrendered to the fluctuations of dp.

It's easy enough at times to sumise it could be this or it could be that.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing to stop asking why?I just have.
I don't like it any more than before,I still wish it would bugger off.

me too, Shelly. me too. you just get tired of pondering it, shake your head and move on the best you can...on the good days.

btw, you're mighty good at rolling those big brown eyes.
