Hiya every1,
I suffer from all the usual symptoms of DP and hav done since June, but I have had a bad headache the past few days, and 2day I have a stiff neck. u think there is anythin to worry about?

I tend to get this lot these are called tension headaches usually caused by stress, try and relax and it will fade.

Thanx mate. yea i thought the headaches wud b tension, i hav really learnd 2 except my dp n i harly ever worry bout it or let it effect my life in anyway no mor, but today my neck is really really stiff n im a bit worried its summit serious, which has made my dp double. its weird how iv learn to block my dp out, even tho my dp really is bad, altho, now iv thought bout my neck my dp is making me feel like il pass out. my neck is like stiff when i turn my head right on thea ball part at the back/bottom of ur neck, really uncomfotable.

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ,I USED TO GET THIS ALL THE TIME.WORRY JUST MAKES IT FEEL WORSE,I THOUGHT IT WAS BRAIN TUMORS OR SOMETHING SERIOUS,BUT IM STILL HERE 13YEARS LATER....(or am i?).......ANDY......XXX

Sudden onset of headache and stiff neck could be a medical problem. I'd say if it persists see a doctor. Not to scare you, but sometimes our symptoms are actual medical emergencies.

One psychiatrist told me the flashing lights I was seeing at 22 were the result of stress. Nope, I had retinal detachments in both eyes at 24. Surgery in both eyes. Saved my left eye from blindness.

I'd have it checked out if it persists.

if all else fails try rodney yee. hes a yoga instructional tape guru and i think hes the best out there. its just straitforward yoga no fluff or impossible poses. try it and i can bet your neck will be limbered up in no time.
