my point of view on these guides and self help books is that in coping with anxiety disorders/depression/dp/dr the answers are all generic..

i use this forum mainly to catch up on how people are doing and to let myself know that im not alone,but the coping teqniques are all the same....imo its all about

meds
diet
exercise
self talk
staying away from stimulants

there is no other way (just my oppinion)

but these books do help for reasurance but once youve brought the claire weekes book and janines (of course ;) then thats all you need
