ok well i dont really know where to start with this one without feeling complete and utter embarassment for posting it. but im just curious and i need to know what the hell is going on here.

ok well... i was startled awake this morning out of a trippy dream. i dont remember the details.. nothing scary or wierd.. well.. maybe a little wierd. it was certianly sexual in nature, but not explicit. more like i was reliving a past event. well.. i had an orgasm. not in the dream... a REAL one. thats what startled me awake. or rather.. shook me awake. after it happened i got really scared. alarmed cause in order to get one normally it takes so much physical exsertion to even get to that point that i usually give up. thats why i rarely if ever masterbate cause it seems so futile so i just give up and go grab myself a hagendaz.

this happened before when i was on effexor. not everynight... just a couple times but it hasnt happened since ive been off it. anyhow the only thing i can think of is i took my first dose of 10 mgs of adderall (i usually only take 5mgs.. but my doc wants me to take 10 now). so i think that might be a reason.. but i also forgot to take my welbutrin yesterday so maybe its a withdrawl symptom????

im just curious if this happens to anyone else or if anyone knows what the hell is going on.

Well some people say they can "think" themselves into an orgasm so maybe that's it. Well, for what it's worth, I don't find it odd. So....I'd hazard a guess that it is med related, but not anything at all to be concerned about. Is it possible you're feeling a LITTLE better, or a little "safer" in yourself? That on top of high dose of adderal might "set the stage" for your mind/body to be able to have thoughts, dreams (whether you consciously recall them or not) that would produce the orgasm.

But again, I just don't find it odd.

apart from the wetdream(for which im envious because ive never ever had one)this also sounds very similear regarding the ,cant be bothered too much physical exursion involved......

I've never really heard of females having wet dreams, though I guess it's not impossible.
