hey guys, hope people are cool. Im having a bit of a bad day coz i split up with my girlfriend of 1.5years last night. The old DP/DR has really kicked in today because i feel like she was the only one who really took the time to try and understand DP. I guess im just going to have to accept that it might be worse for a little while and keep on truckin with life...

It's going to be okay brother, when my DP/DR started getting really bad, my girl left me and she was with me for 5 years....so that was bad....about 3 months later she was pregnant and married, that took my DP/DR for a spin LOL! It's going to brother, it takes time....Take it day at a time!
