It’s a tough thing to do, but try to be curious about the sensations rather than frightened. Being frightened keeps you in the OCD loop.
Also, trying to keep grounded by really paying attention to your senses rather than being inside your head trying to solve the dpdr.
It’s all tough, but what else can you do?
