This is something that helps. It might not help help for everyone but I'm sure there are many of you who would greatly benefit from this.
Technique: Think of someone that you know (it doesn't have to be personally) whether it be a friend, acquaintance, celebrity, etc. (AS LONG AS THERE ARE NO NEGATIVE ASSOCIATIONS WITH THIS PERSON. NEUTRAL ASSOCIATIONS ARE EVEN MORE HELPFUL THAN POSITIVE ONES) and think about them and how they are getting along through their daily lives just fine and normally. Say to yourself, " I can do this too if they can."
For example, lets say Jordan spieth, the golfer. You don't know him but you imagine him just going about his daily life, golfing and what not,etc. again, it's a neutral association. Say to yourself "I can do that too"
