I would like you to ask me something new to try because I have already tried everything like medicines or supplements or something else. I would actually like to try other supplements because they are safer than psychiatric drugs

What about just to watch yourself, watching every movement of thought and to follow it, not to call it a distraction and resist it. You don’t have to think about watching, just do it without any effort involved. Wherever your thought meanders to, it doesn’t matter what it is. Just follow it. Doing this breeds patience, and the more patience you have the more calm you will be. Not searching for answers or gratification left and right, making yourself neurotic
