ok i have alwaysed loved the sun as ya do... but why does my dp like disapear when its nice weather. Im starting to think my dp could be highly to do with my seritonin levels due to the way its soooo fucking strong when i have restless leg syndrome which is caused by lack of seritonin due to a night of drinking. Another thing is my dp is worse in the everning and when its overcast .... when i had the bad trip on weed that triggerd this it was the everning and the day my dp actually started the weather was overcast .... for the last 4 years my dp/dr is shit when its overcast or everning, is my brain anchored to the original feelings of when this all started..... any who it was a beauti of a day today and i feel awsome, unless i deeply think about what dp feels like i dont really understand it at the mo .. yippy .. i think this quiting drink thang is helping me out alot too  j

There's a depressive disorder that is related to the amount of sunlight received by a person and there are light therapies (you purchase a lamp with full-spectrum light, I think, and sit under it for a certain amount of time per day). I believe the syndrome is called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) or something like that. Google for it.

it's pretty normal all spychiatrists say tha exposed activity in the sun lift your depressions a little
do still go out in lunch time exercise and take baths
maybe your dp is depressed induced
i feel better in the sun too but i like it when it's cloudy
