My heart is beating so fast, i don't feel here i can hardly look at my hands i am freaking out I feel numb and i am terrified to move I am shaking so bad what should i do?

Relax and try to ground yourself. Here's something that could help you, it's always helped me: Grounding Techniques.

I feel like I finally went over the edge... I feel like I can't even look at my leg, I feel like I am not typing this i cant handle it am i going to get locked up forever whats happening i am so scared!

You're not going to get locked up forever; it seems you're just experiencing some anxiety/panic. Try to relax, focus on your breathing, do some of the grounding techniques above, and let yourself calm down.

You need to calm down, that's it. You're experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic; I've had the same things too. Sometimes it can be incapacitating, but it'll go away. You need to remember that: it will go away and it's just anxiety.

Your legs aren't dead. You are typing this. You're alive, you're real, and you're healthy.

i hope you are doing better now. Just remeexmber to do deep breathing and fill your lungs with oxygen when this happens. Also try exercising immediately like running on the spot or something. remember its all in the mind so you can do something which involves your mind like counting or doing some big math calculation in your head
