yeah so i havent posted in a long time. im assuming i have really bad anxiety or somthing, i dont know what is wrong with me. The reason i haven't been on this site in a while is cause my dp/dr has faded and im still recovering, but this past week randomly i had the first anxiety episode since july, i was driving home and my mind spaced out or somthing and then i remembered where i was (hard to explain) and i thought i was dreaming or somthing and i started to panic, i could feel the adrenalin rush throughout my body so fast, my hands and feet got really cold and sweaty, and then i couldn't feel my legs, i talked myself out of it and went home and slept(sleeping seems to help alot when i have these episodes).
every day since then i have had more episodes, last night, i had one randomly it started around 8ish and ended around 11ish, it started to happen when i was in the shower, same symptoms kinda.
symptoms:
- dp/dr
- feel like im going crazy
- sweaty palms
- short term memory is bad
- feeling i am just a thought and i will wake up
- very tired
all can last from 10 minutes to 3+ hours, which i dont understand because i didnt think anxiety attacks or episodes lasted that long. it sometimes happens out of nowhere, and saying positive things and thinking of positive thoughts doesn't always help.
please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
