Ive had DP for a while now but i have slept way too much with DP its like I made it a daily routine to sleep because i have dp. Idk maybe its cuz my head hurts and i hate it and just wanna escape. Maybe this feeling just makes me tired idk. Ive had DP for 3 years and havent looked it up for so long.

You need to get on a good sleep schedule. Its one of the most important things. No more than 9 hours and no less than 7. Itll make you feel even weirder. Trust me

Yeh I oversleep very easily have to stop myself as it doesn't help the DP. I need to get deeper more restorative sleep somehow as I never feel rested after waking up but I dont really know how to, even if I oversleep it doesnt help

Im only getting 4-5 hours a night.. i go to bed at 11pm and wake up between 4 or 5am, wide awake. Its always been like this since dpdr started for me around one and a half year ago
