So I am kind of depressed because I sleep way too much. I'm sleeping anywhere from ten to fourteen hours a night. I think part of this is the Zyprexa, but also part of it is the dpdr. Does anyone else sleep way too much, and what is the best way to NOT sleep so much? Just get up, even though I'm tired? It's frustrating.

I've been feeling kinda down about the same thing! I sleep about 10 hours a day and I go to bed at 3:00AM everynight and cant seem to get up before 11am or 12pm I'm trying to change it! I would like to go to bed at 10 or 11 pm and wake up at 7 or 8am....

But I know where your coming from!
