Sleep paralysis with Benzos?

Anyone experience this, I've experienced it the past few mornings when waking up.

Imagine,
When I was taking xanax I did experience this more often, but even now that I am off them I still do at times. I'm unsure if it is anxiety related or if the benzos really did make it worse.
