I?m not sure what you mean by "sleep paralysis" - I wasn?t paralyzed in mornings, but when I was using benzos (lexaurin and then clono), I could sleep allmost all day long. It definitely made me more, maybe even extremely sleepy (mainly clono). I also had more difficulties with my hands (felt lighter) when I was using benzos.

Imagine,
When I was taking xanax I did experience this more often, but even now that I am off them I still do at times. I'm unsure if it is anxiety related or if the benzos really did make it worse.

I used to get horrible sleep paralysis, but thankfully for the past few months I haven't had any at all. I just hope it stays that way.
