Also! Don't stay up all night on a laptop. Recently I've been on a laptop from like 11 in the evening to 2 in the morning and it's royally fucked up my sleeping pattern. Stop using it about 10 then use a phone if you absolutely have to check the net. A phone has a smaller screen so it will force you to wear your eyes out more and emits less light.Don't nap. Tire yourself out during the day by getting regular exercise. I'd recommend 30 mins a day minimum.
