Does anyone know how long it takes to get your circadian rhythm back on track? For a long time I've been really tired during the day but as soon as night hits, I get wide awake. It's frustrating because I'm ALWAYS tired during the day but I prefer daytime. Before panic attacks/dp hit I preferred night. How can I get back on a normal sleep schedule so I'm not constantly tired at night?
