Yes it's a pretty common but less talked about symptom. The last time I had DP, i was sexually deadened for 3-5 months. It was a struggle to get properly turned on in that time but not impossible. Right now my sex drive is back but i don't think about it much because of existential thoughts. People often just forget about sex when they have DP. its not really conducive for the body when it's in fight or flight
