how many of you on these forums have self diagnosed your self with DP/DR? I sure have, and about feeling different, its like almost every day my dp/dr feels different to me, like most times its really bad and sometimes i really dont care about it to much. Are y'alls dp/dr different almost everyday like mine or what?

I think what we all share is the profound disconnection from ourselves and/or the external world. How it manifests in each of us really depends on many different factors, like personality, specific symptoms, how the DPDR began, etc. The fact that it's so difficult to describe is a testament to how personal of an experience it is.

I have a similar experience to you in that some days it is debilitating while other days it's hardly an inconvenience. I think for me personally, it is more of a stretch of days/weeks rather than it being very different day by day. It's always there regardless though.

I self-diagnosed myself, for me it's more DR than DP, but I experience them both I believe. Do you tend to fall into one or the other?
