Well...here I am...back again in another DP, stressed out, high anxiety time. I started my first class for my Master's degree three weeks ago and have my first exam this weekend (Saturday). I am only taking one class at a time. But in order for my work to pay for my classes, I have to get at least a B in the class. Well I have been trying to study ahead of time for this exam and cannot get the information to get into my head. It is so hard to concentrate and get things to register and to remember things. I have always had a tough time studying, getting things to register, concentrating, etc.
As each day gets closer to Saturday, I get more and more stressed, my anxiety increases and my DP worsens. Everytime I think of class I get this scared feeling. And this is only the first class! I have 11 more I think.
Anyone else have this problem? How does everyone deal with new things that add added stress?? Help is appreciated! Thanks and take care.
