so, two weeks into taking 10mg of citalopram, dpdr has been weird/scary/worse

its almost as if i dont exist at all (but i heard thats normal when adjusting to this med)
and i'm very confused and disoriented when i wake up (this is why i also hate taking naps, but i take them anyway because the amitriptyline withdrawal makes me feel tired)

also, tomorrow i start with 20mg, so wish me strength ✌
