So ive been dealing with allergies and ear muffled sensation for a yr. Ive been to couple of ENT’s and they’re doing all they can to help me. I know this doesn’t have anything to do with dpdr, but in general, just wondering if any of you tried antihistamines (to be specific he recommended Zyrtec or Claritin) and did it make your allergy symptoms feel better? Does it interfere with dp or anything really?

I've found antihistamines improve brain fog, ironically. Specifically I take the Costco Brand of Zyrtec... MUCH less costly! It's called Aller-tec.
