The "de-affectualisation" seen in depersonalization is not related to negative symptoms in schizophrenia or anhedonia in depression. The affect is normal in depersonalization- it is not the case in the other states. So, if is was approved and it worked for negative symptoms in schizophrenia it would likely nok work in depersonalization.

I wouldn't be too sure about that, since there are no studies which compare different "types of emotional numbness".
