Ok.. this feels silly..

But, I used to drink 5 redbull a day, i know SO BAD!
When dp/dr kicked in around March i stopped with it.

Now I am drinking 1 redbull a day, sometimes it seems like I'm doing better???

Still going crazy about horrible death and agressive thought and don't feel human..

Initially i cut out caffeine completely but it hasn't done me any good. So now im back on 4 energy drinks a day cos at least i enjoy it and life has been shit for 2 years. Still, cutting out caffeine works wonders for some peoples' anxiety so up to you

HAHA! That’s the spirit!! Maybe it is a bit of f*u to my dp/dr... do you also have ocd thoughts?

Caffeine is a weird one. I can feel great after having a coffee sometimes and then sometimes I'll have a coffee and have a horrible crash and feel depressed/anxious later on. I think it's probably an accumulative thing. If you're having lots of caffeine day after day then that is probably going to stress the system and make dp worse. I try not to drink any caffeine after midday and that seems to help me sleep, which is essential for good mental health. Sometimes it's good to say f*** it though, I'm going to drink this and don't care about the consequences. You're always in charge, not the dp.

Yes i only drink it in the morning.. are you recovers our?

You are probably on the mild spectrum of dpdr, or your dpdr is not related to anxiety.

For me any form of caffeine = dpdr on steroids, and its already unbearable during baseline.

Not sure why you would keep drinking Redbull in times of recovery, its so bad for you. Especially if you feel like you are having "OCD thoughts".

But hey, whatever floats your boat.

Uhh it's really bad and really based on anxiety and stress.
But when I'm taking 1 redbull, i recognizes how good the taste is..
I really don't feel anything, no anxiety, no love, nothing...
Only bad thoughts, asking myself who I am, how i can walk and see. Life questions.. really tired of them.

Your obsessive thoughts sound similar to mine Tessam. I deal with it lirerally round the clock 24/7 it's insane

TO BAD! Sometimes I think if have schizophrenia.. but the doc told me that's a contra-indication..

Somehow drinking energy drinks makes me feel like I am actually there in the room, even though it feels like I am watching a movie mostly.

I keep trying to stop drinking them but when I don't I just feel like I am not there at all... but I think its more in my mind then a physical thing that they do to me..

maybe I am not making sense.. its been a long day...
