Hi Guys,

I hope everyone is doing well and are hopefully recovering or have recovered,

I have had DPDR for just over a year now and im finally start to see improvenent since i started to actually try and recover,

One thing i cant shake which sometimes brings me down from a good mood still is exsistential thoughts, im trying to get back into fitness and business but sometimes i freeze because these thoughts come back and i end up doing nothing for hours because i get so down and the dpdr lingers,

Anyone who has recovered or recovering got any tips, e.g methods, books, plans, etc?

Keep busy, eat bananas, maybe drink some orange juice in the morning and herbal tea in the evening. Get exercise. Just keep the anxiety down, have good eating habits, and keep your mind fresh. Stay away from alcohol, THC, and other mind altering substances.
