For those that have recovered completely or at least from this symptom: Light Sensitivity. I feel I've came an incredible distance in the last year plus however bright sunlight,looking at the sky, bright reflections off of tree leaves, changes in lighting, or light coming through windows all gives me that damn dreamy derealized anxious feeling... For those that got past this how did it leave you? Did you ignore it? Address it? Stay busy etc? Were your visual problems last to leave? Any tips? Thanks guys

By the way floaters are also there when looking at the sky and the bright blue sky seems fake or artificial... did u also experience this??

You’re in what I call the in between. I am completely recovered now but I remember that awful in between place that made me feel like I’d never get out. You will slowly start to see it less and less , until eventually it’s all gone. There’s no magical technique , (of course keep stress down) it really is just a time game.

Just ignore it (yes, it can be difficult i know)

I experienced light sensitivity like you, faded colors, 2D vision, floaters, foggy vision overall, weird changing of perception of distance and god knows what else.

When my vision improves it is like some kind of fog is lifted, colors start to look real and vivid again along with incredible sharpness of objects. And I am like WTF, I am a human again. For me it still fluctuates but my point is, if you can, ignore it, if it is too distracting, OK, just don't obsess yourself with it or how it's gonna be when it improves...

I recovered from dr/dp although it’s back again because of poor choices I made but even when recovered, light was always an issue for me and would make me feel weird. That never really went away for me. Fluorescent lights were a big set off for me and still are. It’s very weird.
