Hey I’m just gonna get straight to the point how you recover is through meditation and the meditation exercise I used was focusing on silence , behind everything that you hear and behind every thought is silence, give your undivided attention to silence , and you will see When you do that you stop thinking and that’s what is causing the depersonalization to persist is constant thoughts , after awhile doing this exercise you will start feeling a euphoric feeling and it’s an awesome experience to go through but don’t feel discouraged if you relapse into these anxious thoughts because it has become a habit and you have to break that habit so you’ll start feeling more days with relief and less days with relapses and with practice and some time one day depersonalization will be gone for good I’m living proof of it . It is gone lol

Awesome advice! I find meditation to elaborate an excercise. Have an burn-out as well, so i can't sit down for hours. But you can focus on silence anywhere. It can work. And i will try this.
