I cry, without really feeling anything.
It doesn't last and a minute later I'm more numb than ever and get a terrible headache.
Its a terrible pressure in my head, I can't feel my face or my body.
PTSD I guess.
And the headache isn't from crying too hard, because it only lasts for a minute and it's not that intense.

These headaches hurt so much, and last quite a while.

Then afterwards, I'm back to my usual spacey self.
This happened twice today, it sucks.

Hi, sorry to hear this, I know it can be really really isolating getting these horrible experiences, on top of all the other crap they bring. Hopefully you're getting some support to get decent help -- I know it can be so hard to get it. What physical check ups/mental health support have you had/are you having?

You don't have to answer any of this now or at all -- I basically just want you to know that you're not alone in spirit.
