ok has anyone had a really weird feeling in your arms and hands, like there insvible or as if they can go through things like a ghost. I get bad insomnia and i was awake for two days then this sensation kicked in and i felt soooo detached from my body like it was just a piece of meat that my mind was attached to, if i was religiouse i would think my soul was leaving my body,but i know its just something in my brain not responding properly, it gave me my first panick attack in about 3 years, lets hope it fades away as my sleep goes back to normal. jamie

Sleep deprivation can definitely cause odd perceptions. What's causing your insomnia?

binge drinking ..... which after that little episode is stopping for as long as possible
