No, I think it can fight harder than you if you fight it on its own terms. Wishing yourself back to reality will make you feel more distanced and isolated from previous normal experience. The only way to " fight" DP/DR is to ignore it and go about you're business. Fighting the feeling of unreality only strengthens it. Its a form of validation. If its worth fighting then its a worthy enemy. Worthy of stressing over and suffering over.
