I know reading things are hard and all but if I’m reading subtitles for anime is that a hinderance in my recovery from DP/DR?

I've put off reading many books because I was mistaken in believing that "I can't read while dp'd"... but... how much on the internet have you read? I know for me I've probably read dozens and dozens and dozens of books worth of material through chatting with others. So I started to read recently and it's been great.
