·Hello. I remember a book that was recommended by the chair of psychology at my old uni, who himself was a self admitted pure obsessional, called "The Obsessive Personality" by Salzman. He said it was the best work done on the subject and I agree (albeit with my limitied knowledge). It is out of print, but one can find it libraries, that is if libraries still exist.
Another more closely tied to dp/dr is the journal articles by Evan Torch (Emory University) that he wrote in the mid eighties regarding the role of obsessiveness in the onset and continuance of dp/dr. I am sorry I do not have a url (is that the word?) to click on to. I am lucky enough to be able to write an email due to my computer ignorance.
I found both of these sources very helpful for my persepctive.
