A good reference to that guy for americans is that he was the guy who made those fucked up taco bell commercials a couple years ago with the demented cat with the admiral hat.

lol i used to watch the bload back in my stoner days, got some bloody good techno beats in it, and the story sounds like a story for 2 year olds but was so damn funny when i was baked.
