I keep getting these moments where i like move my toes or breath, and it is like omg that is your body! Or how are you in there are you in tat body... A lot of weird thoughts, should I ignore it and go on.... or what?

ya i get this to but my best advice is to contact therapist who specializes in dissoaciative disorders because thats whats causing these weird symptoms and once you figure out what is making you dissoaciate or w.e it all goes away treating this on your own is very difficult and i think you would beneifit from therapy and i know its hard to beleive that all of your dp symptoms will one day all go away and youll feel like your self again but thats the truth. your feeling this way because your brain is in a defense mechanism, and once you fix that the symptoms go away

i advice checking out harris harringtons program it will give you great insight to what your expeirencing it will make you feel better just by knowing what your expeirencing trust me
