So i have read a lot of recovery articles about people that have recovered using supplements.
im currently on b12 complex, magnesium, DMAE, fish oil and will take l-theanine soon.
Im feeling slighty better, but can my body get addicted to these supplements and even after im recovered i will feel bad without them?
also, what u guys think about d-aspartic acid?
i have it but i didnt start it yet because i read something about some side effects it can bring and im kinda scared.
