Hello
I talked to my counselor today and asked if I could go to a psychiatrist for my DP/DR. I am extremely worried about this psychiatrist not knowing what DP/DR is and just giving me the wrong pills or not being able to help. Has anybody been to a psychiatrist, can you tell me your experience and if you've taken pills or if regular therapy is better? Thanks
