i know there are a lot of methods in psychotherapy but the one that helped in my case is

the one that you analyze yourself and your feelings. this causes you as well to deeper understand your reactions and the reactions of others. you continue to analyze yourself and that as in time you get better understanding of yourself you feel stronger and you remember more things. the psychotherapy continues like that, analyzing feeling stronger remembering.
it really helped me with my depersonalization and i had 7 good days in a row.
i don't know what this methold is called.

the other one method i have tried is cognitive therapy, this one has helped me a little and in a much longer time.

i know all cases are different but maybe may case will be simillar to someone's else...

no it went away!
actually my father told me that it was the fist time that he saw me so well in 3.5 years! so i guess it wasn't on my mind.
but now i am very shitty again. i don't know if i am just having a setback because i am really scared. i try to keep myself occupied all the time and that freaks me out even more for some reason.
i hope that at least it is something possitive and it means that i am making some improvement.
thanks for the reply.
do you know how to convince the new psychiatrist to take me as a patient because he said that he doesn't take people he knows or friends.

analysing my thoughts made me think about what im scared of and it became clearer that im scared of death and never getting better and nobody being able to help me which isnt what im actually scared of its just my anxiety disorder. i dunno that didn't help me but im glad it has helped you.
