Problem with TV

Before DPDR I was a movie fan and gamer
Since I get DPDR I can't watch movies or play video games
I see TV in 3D without any glasses
And it hurts my head
Well I'm getting better... Few weeks ago I couldn't look at my phone for 10sec now I chat with my phone sometimes for more than 1h
I really missed watching movies and playing video games
I tried glasses it won't work
I'm thinking about a Video Projector
I'm wondering if that helps or not

Update : I don't know if anyone here cares or no but this symptom is 10000 times better now
I can chat with my online friends and don't get headache or head pressure
I can watch hundred pics
But I still can't play video games or watch movies
