Hello, all members!

I find it best to deal with intrusive thoughts, by trying to quickly dismiss them and replace them with an earlier-prepared 'happy thought'.

I've already written and posted some of my happy thoughts. Please will you share some of yours too? I think they could help many shy readers who frequently visit this board.

I'm looking forward to logging on tomorrow! :D

I wish you all well.

kind regards,

SS

Death. It actually cheers me up on bad days. I think about that there is always that last option where I can just quit this game and it's all gonna be over.
When I think it about it excessively, trying to understand what death is, I only get into a deeper DP state and raise my level of anxiety.

So I try to see death as a simple way out and it reliefs some stress.

Haven't really been havinga ny happy thoughts that much, though I am looking foward to finally finishing my college course soon and stating university and making new friends , having a fresh start etc etc.

On the whole though my thoughts at the moments are preety much nuutral as I am not feeling particullelly depressed and not feeling particulaly happy, perhaps as a result of the meds i am on seroquel and their dulling effect on the emotions or whatever.

It does not make me *happy*, since I even forgot what it feels like to be *happy*. So to me *happy* now is anything that would make my life easier.
