I agree. The minute you have a feeling or thought like that you need to immediately STOP yourself and firmly say to yourself "stop it, you know who you are and what you look like". Then move on. Do not give it another thought, get busy, distract yourself. You have to cut these feelings off at the pass, we don't have the luxury of a bad thought like that, it only feeds the dp/dr monster!!!! We need to starve the monster!!
