It is more than likely Depersonalization/derealization disorder.
You have hit bang on with the key possible causes of DP/DR; anxiety/panic attacks, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
As well as the symptoms; dreamlike state, feeling like an automated machine, detachment from emotions, losing the concept of time, etc.
Depersonalization is a mental battlefield, but it is usually not forever. DP/DR is a coping mechanism your brain uses when it can no longer deal with things such as trauma or stress, or drug use.
You can do many things from here; continue to browse these forums, find out what caused other people's DP/DR, how they're treating it, and read some recovery stories. Best of luck to you!
PM me if you have any more questions.
