I have small hole in my Pituitary Gland causing low levels Testosterone.

...next week I will be starting to receive Testosterone by injection.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if this can negativly effect the symptoms of Depression, Depersonalization/Derealization?

I seriously doubt it. My testosterone is really low, and my prolactin is elevated. They were looking at my pituitary, but couldn't find anything.

I think the WORST that will happen (and I mean WORST case scenario) is that the increase in testosterone will make you feel more awake and more energetic. I could see this possibly making you feel more anxious, but I doubt it. You will probably just start feeling better.
