If you do not have your photo file ,that you want to post to dp ,(ending with .jpeg , .gif or others that this web site accepts) in your PC ;
-first you should transform it into your computer , to do that you can use scanner you have . Put your picture and do start , (if you have already installed scanner into PC)
-having scanned your, PC recognises your photo . save it somewhere .
(for scanning ,read the tutorials step by step)

now you got photo file. send it to dp via e-mail

or

place it to (your)website that it will be given an image url . Copy the link and push the image button-paste the link-then push again image.

done.

Lay the picture on your scanner, hit scan picture. Teh computer will ask you where to save it. Save it wherever, and remember where you saved it (write if down maybe). Then open your email and hit Attachments. Then Hit Browse and go to where you saved the picture. Then send it to Rev, and he will post it for you.

I've been wanting to post a picture too but I'm still debating. I try to stay as anonynous as possible, but I think it's probably pointless.

I like seeing your pictures, it makes me feel more connected. You know putting a face to the words. I was relcutant about putting up my picture as well, damn those self-esteem issues.

Putting that picture up felt liberating to me. I know sounds corny right, but I have never felt particularly good about myself. So I choose that picture, no make-up, plain hair, not the greatest angle, just ME and my wall. It felt good just to put it there and think, "well here I am and this is all there really is." Of course it is less of a danger to my self-esteem since I don't really know anyone here that well, and I can easily just stop posting, but it still felt good. It was something I would normally never do, so I did it! Sorry rambling... :oops:
