In the recent week Ive had these debilitating pain all over my body, mainly legs and arms. Im scared im getting fibromyalgi. Or maybe it could be because of my depression? Has anyone else had physical pain because of depression? How did it feel?

Its still going on and I dont know what to do anymore. Its like my legs are always tired. Every step is a challenge. Its not really like pain more like my muscles in my body are tired constantly. Painmeds dont help, not does anything else really. When I changed my antideppresant to its maxdose it helped a little bit but made my dpdr worse so I couldnt take that.

Has ANYONE felt anything like this before. It is literally worse than my dpdr now. Every activity is a struggle now. It never goes away. Ive had it for almost 3 months now.

My legs and muscles used to feel fine and I never thought about how "hard" a task was physically, I just did it and if I got tired I could rest and I would be fine. Now its the opposite and they are always tired and nothing I do can relieve it.

Doctors dont know whats wrong and Im seriously loosing hope.

If someone can relate in the slightest please tell me.

if the doctors dont know what it is then my guess would be that it is because of your psyche

try to relax and I would suggest that you do light jogging and light weight training . I am no doc though but thats what I would do in your situation

It might just be because I'm getting older, but I do have a lot more aches and pains than I used to. It can be a vicious cycle where you feel some pains, then don't exercise because of it, then lose muscle tone and get more aches and pains.

If you have been checked out by a doctor and they say there's nothing wrong, then I agree with Psyborg that you should try to build up your fitness gradually with gentle cardio and light weights. As your strength increases you should hopefully start to feel better :)

these last few weeks i have felt mi limbs tired/weak, its like they are tense or something, like the pain after an intense workout i guess. i just feel like that in the morning at school (i dont even want to get up my seat), but it goes away throughout the day. these 'pains' however, started when i began to sleep less because of homework and exams (i used to sleep 2-3 hours, and then another 2 hours after school), but now that i'm free i'm going to fix my sleeping hours and then maybe i wont feel so weak.

are you getting enough sleep? maybe it could be that youre not sleeping enough or that youre sleeping too much?

Yes they feel very tired, very much like Ive JUST had a workout but Im not really doing anything, mostly sitting around. I sleep about 8-10 hours per night.

Im trying to go out and move more, I would do anything to get this feeling to go away. :(
