While dealing with dpdr I've lost allot of feeling physically and mentally including my sex drive.

When I do want to have any sexual relations with my partner we start but towards the end I have a sick feeling like what I'm doing is wrong.

Has anyone else ever gotten this sickening feeling?

I felt something similar, once. And for me sex drive is something that totally goes when I have dp. I had to talk with my gf. I just wasn't right and sex was the last thing I wanted to do then.

It's good to keep going, but let your man know how you're feeling. Don't want him to think it's him.

DP affects our sense of self, and intimacy can painfully exaggerate the feeling of "not really being there". In my mind, it makes sense. Do not feel pressured to be your "old self" out of the blue, as you have been through a lot, from what I can read in your posts. Perhaps you should slowly get to know yourself and things you feel comfortable with at this point, intimacy included.
