Hi all

A few years ago I experienced DP and experienced what we all call "hell." I recovered about 6 years ago and have been a fully functioning person since, with only a few short episodes of DP ever since.

I started writing a book about 4 years ago, and finally was able to finish it about a year ago. I've been too afraid to publish it for many reasons.

However, it's finally been directly published. It's my personal narrative, a description of our shared deep, confusing thoughts, and hopefully some insight on how to recover. The book is $1 (Amazon minimum requirement). I share it here as a guide to help anyone that is looking for something to get into.

Even if this helps just one person, it'll be worth the years of work I put into it.
