Blue light blocking gaming glasses.

I have been wearing them full time for 7 days. My sleep has been deeper according to my phone sleep tracker (getting more REM and deep sleep).

The best part is, even after a full day at work Im not absolutely exhausted when I come home AND fluorescent tube lights don't bother me even half as much.

It's not a cure but its definitely a quick hack that has helped me - the glasses cost £5 on ebay and Im now speaking to my optometrist to see if he can apply the same tint to my prescriptions lenses.

Could our DP be something to do with light sensitivity ?

They have also made driving at night much more tolerable.
