I get stuck in attempting to employ metacognition strategies, when really thats what the problem is. So how and why do I continue doing it if I know im doing it? I know thats what i'm doing, but holding onto any thought considered as "the answer" isnt going to change it. Its the energy you're cashing out RIGHT now in this very moment. Active thought is not a perception, thats why you're supposed to let go.
